South Sudan Project
Turkana Business Exchange Forum
Developed a five-year strategic plan for Coalition for Humanity, an NGO based in South Sudan. Through a participatory process, engaged staff and stakeholders came up with key development areas aligned with sustainable development goals and humanitarian response. Developed sector-specific strategies, monitoring and evaluation plans.
Developed a capacity building program for SMEs in Business modelling, Cost Revenue Analysis. Conducted Master classes for SMEs in Developing a brand through online and offline marketing strategies.. Facilitated Turkana Business Exchange Forum that addressed sustainability and growth challenges facing M/SMEs

Conducted a need assessment for Compassion International youth, linked talent with entrepreneurship, trained youths in business skills, formed a cooperative society called MRADI YOUTH and developed an Events management as an income generation activity. in addition to economic empowerment, incorporated social, spiritual and physical development as part of the cooperative societies objectives.
